The SAFF championship is also known as the south asian football federation cup.SAFF is the main association football competition of the men's national football team governed by the south asian football federation.The previous names have included the south asian association of regional gold cup in 1993 and south asian gold cup in 1995.
    The countries of all over the world are not allowed to take part in SAAF.Only the countries belongs to south asia can take part in SAAF.The countries that compete in the tourntment are Afganistan,Nepal,Bangladesh,Bhutan,India,Srilanka,Maldives and Pakistan.Among this countries,Afghanistan is the best country wining the SAAF championship many times.On the other hand,Nepal is progressing a lot.This championship is held every two yeras.

Gurkha cup

                                   

         Gurkha cup is newly born cup of Nepal.Only the clubs that belongs to Nepal can take part in this cup.Among the participate team,eight teams are selected for quaterfinal round and among them four teams are selected for semifinal.Mainly,gurkhr cup is organised by retired british army and other co-helpers.
          The cup has got a prizes in various sector.The wining team will be honoured by trophy along with cash prizes above 100000.The first runner up and second runner up also be honoured with cash prizes.The players are categorize as best player,best defence,best midfield,best goalkeeper and so on.This players may be of any team which are also honoured by cash prizes an other prizes.
